RUIS (NOISE) is an absurdist film about the influence of media, making choices and justice. The story takes place in an alienating world, where a rat plague reigns. We follow four perspectives, each of which gives their view on the rat plague and each shows a different way of dealing with the media. Both in the subject and in the structure of the film, the flow of information is palpable. The film juxtaposes people’s opinions and questions the justice of our actions. How do you deal with the abundance and influence of media?
